The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes, and with all the paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. CanvasTarps.com does not guarantee any other warranty other than the aforementioned warranty. "Shipping Standards: " We want to get your cot out as soon as possible. In stock items ship within 48 hours of purchase. Most items ship at least within 1-2 business days. Some items may take up to 15 business days depending the season. We make every effort to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Business days are Monday through Friday. If you need an item by a certain date, please ask. We will be more than happy to try to get it to you by that date. "Address correction charges: " Incorrect shipping addresses (wrong house #, wrong zip, missing apartment #, etc) will incur a $5.00 charge for ground packages and $10.00 charge for air packages if correction is made after package has shipped. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy. This fee is charged to us by FedEx for incorrect addresses and will be billed to the credit card your order was placed with.
